• Monitor and oversee the technical applications in each step of the project.

• Maintain daily site reports and necessary project documentation.

• Take full charge of all ongoing projects, ensuring their successful completion.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Epoxy, Waterproofing, and various Coating applications.
• In-depth technical knowledge of the mentioned applications.
• Willingness to travel across India for site visits and project supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and manage complex project operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong understanding of technical applications related to construction and coatings.
