Description

2/6 years of Working experience as a business development manager, key Account Manager, sales Manager or a relevant role à preferably in Waterproofing, Epoxy Floor Coating, Construction chemicals field.

Requirements

  • Generate leads and cold calls to prospective customers.
  • Achieving sale’s targets .
  • Arrange & attend business meetings, product & services presentation with prospective clients.
  • In depth Requirement gathering of customer requirements & giving proposals accordingly.
  • Co-ordinate with material dealer or manufacturer as per client’s requirements. Sourcing the correct product as per given budget & technical requirements.
  • Handover the converted clients to Execution team & co-ordinate in between whenever required.
  • As per the PO collect payment from the client’s time to time.
  • Co-ordinate with onsite team for treatment and methods if required as per given commitments to client.
  • Negotiate pricing with customers.
  • Setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Ready to travel all over India as per the Target market.

Salary: As per credentials.
