2/4 years of sales or marketing experience or a relevant role à preferably in Waterproofing, Epoxy Floor Coating, Construction chemicals field. Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial protective coating sector.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers on product selection and application.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for market penetration.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product innovations.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record in technical sales, specifically in industrial protective coatings.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to clients.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Salary: As per credentials.
